How Does ControlWare Work
- Employees are issued with a proximity card, alternatively biometric readers may be used, which displays personnel information. This can be linked to access control and payroll applications.
- Clocking is matched with Shift Definition, allowing management to control whether the employee is permitted to work at this time, on this day.
- Exceptions are presented for validation for greater flexibility or to deal with unusual conditions.
- Barcode sheets are set up on the system for current jobs, projects, equipment, work centres etc. Sheets are printed on demand and may be laminated if required for frequent use. Distribution can be physical, by email or online display to suit the organisations requirements.
- Using the proximity card or its barcode equivalent and pre-printed barcode job sheets, Employees are linked on sites, to projects, work centres and jobs.
- ControlWare can be integrated with Uniclox Advanced Time & Attendance and Access Control solutions, as well as with 3rd party ERP, Payroll, Estimating and other software.
- ControlWare is parameter driven, allowing for the customisation of all critical aspects of reporting according to the need of the client and the client's workforce.
