Uniclox’s Shop Floor Data Collection software allows you to determine the time spent on the production of any item or job. It also has the ability to track “non-productive hours”, in order for the user to see where and how their employees are using their time to ultimately increase profit and production speed. Our Shop Floor Data Collection module is fully integrated into our Vision Enterprise Software Package, again providing the user with a turnkey solution. The employee is simply required to scan his employee card, then scan the job or task he will be assigned to.
The amount of time from when the job or task was started will be recorded along with the time the job or task ended. The information will then be visible on our software allowing for visual spreadsheets and reports to be run to accurately monitor productivity from an individual employee or team. The information can then be imported in a CRM system to ensure accurate costing.
